Longevity in a Bottle easily mixes into water, a smoothie, a juice, a soup, and any healthful dessert! It imparts a coffee-like flavor, with chocolatey overtones and a sweet earthy aroma. A sweetener cuts any bitterness very well. When mixed in a larger recipe (like a blender-full of smoothie) then it barely tastes it at all.

Dosage: Start with a half teaspoon 1-3 times a day. Slowly over a month work your way up to the full 2 teaspoon dosage 1-3 times a daily.
